Background

  1. This website is owned and operated by Virtually Co-partnership (Virtually) whose registered office is Northern Health Centre, 580, Holloway road, London N7 6LB.
  2. The clinical services are provided by registered health care practitioners.
  3. Virtually is regulated by the the Care Quality Commission and registration is awaited.
  4. The website must only be accessed and used in accordance with these terms and conditions. If you not agree to these terms and conditions do NOT use the website.

Status of health care practitioners

  1.  Employee health programmes are provided by clinicians employed and managed by Virtually. Patient self-funded clinical services are provided by independent health care practitioners who are not employees of Virtually.
  2. Every practitioner on  this website holds full registration with a UK health regulator appropriate for thier clinical discipline. Doctors (GPs and specialists) are regulated by the General Medical Council. https://www.gmc-uk.org/. The name of the body who regulates the clinian you are seeing is given in thier professional profile on this website as well as their registration number.
  3. Every practitioner on this website holds professional indemnity cover and is wholly and solely responsible for the clinical care (including clinical assessment, diagnosis, clinical advice, treatment and management plan) given to you by them.
  4. Virtually is responsible for the operation of this website and for the collection of  patient self-funded fees on behalf of practitioners.

Eligibility

To use the Service and Website you must be, and represent and warrant that you are, at least 18 years of age and competent to agree to these Terms.

Account Registration and Confidentiality

To access the Service and Website, you must register for a Virtually account using your email address and creating a password. You agree to provide us with accurate, complete, and current registration information about yourself. It is your responsibility to ensure that your password remains confidential and secure. We may assume that any communications we receive under your account have been made by you. You are responsible for notifying us at mani.raman@virtually.uk if you become aware of any unauthorized use of or access to your account.
